failed back surgery and previous tarsel tunnel surgery

    I had back surgery 4 months ago with a fusion. My foot feels like it is being stung by bees and I have had previous tarsel tunnel surgery? I don't know what to do. I am on narcotics and neurotin and get no help from anything. I can't stand the fooot pain, I go to a pain doctor and I do have nerve imprimgment L4 5 My foot hurts and feels like a huge club, I don't know what to do. I had epideral shots with no benefit. I am sure if I bring this up they will tell me I am crazy, as I have chronic pain, but this needs someone to help me. I am on medicare and don't know where to go. I can't stand the foot pain, I can't wear shoes or my shoe inserts. What do I do?? Help, I am tired of being in pain

    From your post, it seems probable that your pain is likely associated with your spinal situation and doesn't sound to me as if it is a problem which is in the realm of podiatry.
