swollen foot and ankle

my right foot and ankle swells i also get pain across the top of my foot and when i walk it feels like i have lumps under my toes. I work in a supermarket and am on my feet 9 hours a day. On my rest days the pain goes from the top of my foot and swelling goes down slightly. Is there any treatment i can get for this?
