Default corn on toe

What can I do to stop the pain from a corn. I broke this toe years ago and it is abnormally shaped therefore its cause can not be removed. It is becoming more painful daily. And it gets worse every summer when I wear sandles a lot.

If as you say, the corn is due to pressure on the toe deformed by a fracture, it would seem that the appropriate thing to do if you wish to rid yourself of the corn is to consider having the deformity of the toe surgically corrected.
