If what you are dealing with is actually scar tissue, either from a surgical incision for a procedure to correct the corn, or from a chemical burn or other injury from attempts to temporarily remove the corn, then getting rid of the scar is not an option, although modification and minimization through plastic surgery or, in certain instances, corticosteroid injection into the scar may be a possibility. You may, however, be speaking instead of changes in the texture or coloration of the skin which is not an uncommon occurrence, especially in those with deeply pigmented skin, after the use of acid chemicals for temporary corn removal. In such cases, I am not aware of anything which can reliably and safely permanently correct that.
