I have a tiny hard bump on the left side of my right foot, near the big toe joint. It doesn't hurt unless I press it and then there is a dull aching pain. I've been walking around alot for the past several days in sandals. I'm worried this might have caused some stress on my feet because the sandals don't have any arch support. Do you think it may be a bunion? Will it go away on its own?

Bunions can be easily detected visually. If you have a digital camera, take a photo and post it here for viewing. If it IS a bunion, it's not going to go away without surgery. But a "tiny hard bump" could be very many things, all of which would normally require an examination for diagnosis.
