My daughter was born with clubfoot on November 15, 2006, She had her first cast put on after 6 days of being born. She has now had numerous pairs of Dennis Brown Bar and shoes, and one Brace on her foot along with all the casting, and two surgery's on her achilles tendon. Now her Orthopedic is wanting to do the surgery where they cut all the way around her ankle and put pins in, and casting. I have many questions, also I want to know if physical therapy is an option. Please help. She will be 2 in 10 days and this is so hard to think that she is already getting ready to have her third surgery at so young of an age. Thanks Carrie

Please . . . please . . . PUL..EEEEZE don't spend your time searching the Internet and asking questions of anyone, INCLUDING doctors, who you neither know nor who can possible know the essential facts and nuances of your childs condition. Better to put your time and efforts into determining if the doctor whom you have chosen is the best available to you or, if not, in finding one. THAT's the sort of help you REALLY need, if nothing more than for your peace of mind.
