Dark Purple Sole & Toe

I've noticed for the last year that my big toe and ball of my foot are very dark purple. If I press the dark area (doesn't cause pain) it turns white, then returns to purple. My dermatologist said it's Raynaud's syndrome, but I couldn't find any images similar to what I have.

I have fibromyalgia and lumbar radiculopathy, and even with custom molded orthotics and very expensive boots my feet continue to be very painful and go numb when I sit.

Is there anything I can do for the discoloration or is it not cause for concern given the existing conditions?
