    Hello,

I have been working out for about a month pretty steady. Two days ago, we were on a long strenuous walk and when I got back to the house, I stubbed my Left big toe. Thought nothing of it and later that day, I noticed that the top of my left foot is numb from the my big toe up to my ankle (a strip only as wide as my big toe). It doesn't hurt, it's just odd.

Did the same walk again yesterday and jogged for about .75 miles through part of it without any pain...but when I woke up this morning the numbness is still there and I can feel it creeping a thin line up the front of my leg.

I'm in the US. Have done no treatments and it hasn't gone away since it started.

    Thanks!!

It is obvious that you have sustained some sort of nerve injury. Prognoses for nerve injuries are unpredictable, but if the area of symptoms is increasing it would stand to reason that a hands-on evaluation is in order.
