    I am a male, 60 years old with a lisfranc fracture/dislocation
approximately 2mm as the result of an auto accident. I was in an auto
accident in 2007 and decided to treat the Llisfranc conservatively
with-out surgery though bone fusion surgery was recommended. The pain level is at
about a three, not taking any medication for almost 2 years and I can walk
about a mile before the slight pain starts. I wear a custom shoe, orthotic
and a compression sock. At my age, I am wondering what the long-term
effect by not having the surgery or if having the surgery and wondering what
    level of improvement?
