Pain and "ball" like on foot

    I have pain and a "ball" like thing on top of my foot at the bottom of my big toe. I don not think it is a bunion as my toes are not being pushed to the side. I cannot bend my toes upward due to this.

    I don't know what a "ball-ike thing" means, but perhaps you have what is known as a dorsal bunion, which is often seen concomitantly with hallux limitus (restricted dorsiflexion of the great toe). But you don't say if this had a sudden onset or the "ball" and the lack of toe movement have been chronic.
