I experience bone pain, when weighted, in heel, which
comes and goes intermittenly. Bottom of feet are dry and cracked, not severely, but enough to consider that this dry cracked situation may result in such a tight skin condition on the heel that it makes the bone beneath ache when walking, or standing. A foot salve helps, but its hard to believe that tight, cracked skin may lead to a feeling of "bone bruise" under the skin in that area. Pain can be
uncofortable enough to effect walking/weighting the area.

You could be describing the very common, plantar fasciitis, but as usually is the case, a complete history and a hands-on evaluation is necessary to actually make an accurate diagnosis. See a podiatrist. After whatever diagnosis you receive, I will be happy to discuss the condition and treatment options relevant to that diagnosis.
