    walking yesterday,i experienced aflash of pain.Hurts when you squeze sides of foot,about 2 inches below little toealso hurts if i twist my toes downward.hurt last night at 10 level,elevated,motrin and ice. hurts today in usa.no swelling,same hing happened about six weeks ago,same symptoms. alittle tender 3/4 down bottom of foot.do i see ortho or pod?i

    Unless you know of an orthopedist who specializes or has exceptional experience with foot problems, thus making the decision a toss up, my personal opinion, not surprisingly, would be a podiatrist.
