For about 2 years now (never before that) i have had small hard brown bumps on the top of my feet and sides not on the bottomo or between toes - they don't itch at all, and they don't hurt at unless i pick at them - some are bigger and some are smaller. I have been to a dermt. and they perscribed Triamcinolone cream which has not worked - what could this be- again no pain, never itchy...

Just because a treatment doesn't work, it doesn't necessarily mean that the diagnosis was incorrect. So, did you ask that of the dermatologist? If so, what were you told? If not . . why not?
