Overpronation

    I have just been diagnosed with overpronation. How would you treat it?

    Overpronation is NOT a diagnosis. It is just a biomechanical problem in the foot that may or may not cause a problem - it is the problem that it may cause is a "diagnosis".

    It is a massively overused and over"diagnosed" term, with most people using it, nit getting it.

    It only needs treating if it is contributing to the load in the foot or leg that is causing problems. There are 100's of causes of overpronation. If it does need treating, you treat the cause.
