Hurt 5th metatarsal

    My friend stepped on my foot really hard with dress shoes. I have been bruising now for two days. It hurts to talk on it but I do anyways. I have a pronation with me feet so assume that is why I am able to walk on it. There is really bad red bruising around the fifth metatarsal. Do you think my foot is fractured or is the foot just bruised. Also, it hurts really bad to the touch.
