Use of Urea in nail removal

    Hi to all.

    Would someone be kind enough to outline the procedure where urea 40% is used to remove the nail plate?

    I ask in relation to enhancing local drug delivery to a 9 year old child with a proven fungal infection, where topical treatment and frequent nail debridement has been...
