toenail not growing

    9 months ago I had surgery to remove ingrown toenails on both sides of both big toes. I'm not happy with the outcome, i.e. the way my toes look...they are ugly. The toenails that were left intact are not growing. My question is...how long before (if ever) will my toenails be somewhat normal again?

    They are likely to start growing again, but as far as any deformity is concerned, that will probably not change for the better. But stranger things have happened.
