Toes hurt unless I crack them

I'm a fairly healthy woman in my 20s who has never had feet troubles up until the last few years. I realised I had toes that were sore in the joints, and after heat, rest, whatever else, the only relief I had was cracking them. At first it was astounding how great they felt, but it isn't as relieving anymore. I have tried looking up a few things, they say cracking isn't bad for you, but I've always been told that it is. My toes hurt most of the time, and I don't want to be doing any more damage if this is bad.

It's only in my smaller toes, and not in my big toe. They look reasonably normal.

Any ideas? Should I look into this, or is it a "suck it up it's normal" issue?

You are to young to neglect any part of your body, especially your feet. Definitely get it checked. I have found that many times doctors don't have an answer, but you might get lucky on your first try, to many problems to know it all. Just ask every doctor you ever go to until it gets resolved. Definitely get it checked.

I find this is the same for me in my feet and hands, and rarely but sometimes my back. I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much but if it really concerns you I'd suggest talking with a Chiropractor as this is what they specialise in.

    Be well!
