Hi, I have been walking the beach with no shoes for years, but recently picked up the pace and started walking about 5 miles. I noticed about two weeks ago a lump about the size of a dime in the cener of my sole, close to the arch. Should I see a Doctor ? It doesn't hurt, but it is not going away. I have stopped my walks.

All lump, bumps and masses should, of course, be examined and evaluated by a knowledgeable doctor. Anyone who, with only the facts at hand, would authoritatively suggest otherwise would be a fool.
