    hi

I have been having trouble with my left foot for over 6 months. did 2 MRI tests and a ct scan.
saw the 5th doctor last week and decided to have the sesamoid removed.
I have been reading alot about the surgery but so far have not found one that involves AVN
    (which is bone death)
I am wondering if I possibly have an infection because i feel feverish often in the past week.
I also wonder since the bone is dead if it will never heal and if that's the case what will happen after the surgery if there isn't good blood flow in my foot?
also my foot is ice cold at times.
    has anyone gone through this??
