    Its does not matter which way you run, there is an injury risk associated with each running form!

    If you forefoot strike --> increased forefoot dorsiflexion moments on rearfoot; increased dorsiflexion moments at ankle; increased rearfoot inversion moments --> all these will do is increase the risk...
