Heel pain

    I have heal pain when ever i do not move for some time. Advice me. Am 44yrs male

    The most commonly seen non-traumatic heel pain problems seen by podiatrists are the result of plantar fasciitis. But clearly, you have not given sufficient information to give you more than a statistical chance response, and certainly not treatment recommendation based on those statistics. When you do see a doctor, as you should, go prepared with more information.
