Just today, i jumped off of a trampoline and landed wrong on my foot. I tried walking it off to show i was ok, but i knew it wasnt. I eventually started to HAVE to limp that day within an hour because the pain on my heel was so bad. the pain feels like a sprain, but my ankle is fine. from reading around, it seems like Plantar Fasciitis but it was from a sudden impact, not a gradual pain that developed. All i have done was try to keep off of it, but as i sit here writing to you, my heel is throbbing (not as bad as when i walk though). So please help me figure it out, i'm hopin the pain goes away overnight, or at least decreases, but please help.

It is certainly possible that you injured the plantar fascia near where it arises from the heel or even incurred a fracture of the heel. But that's just a guess. You need to have an evaluation before any treatment can be recommended. I would think it sensible that you bear no weight on the foot until it is evaluated.

Ok now the pain is more of on the side of my foot about an inch away from the bottom, and an inch away from the back. The pain goes away when after i wake up in the morning, but as the day goes by, it starts to become more irritated. Now the bottom of my heel does not hurt, but now its the sides. I can feel it mildly without pressure, and then it has moderate sharp pains when compressed. There is no bruising, but a slight red coloration around where it hurts.

As I initially advised, you should have this problem evaluated and not simply talked about.
