fx 5th metatarsal

    I have a spiral fx to the 5th metatarsal and am now having shooting pain up my foot when i put weight on it. It has been almost 3 weeks since this happened and I have not had much pain walking on it up til now. What could this be from?

    I've seen an ortho and have a walking cast. I have been able to bear full wt til now
