My 6 yr old daughter fell off monkey bars today and has swelling on the top of her foot. Ankles appear OK (she doesn't complain of pain in that area). She's not able to walk nor put any real weight on it. Currently ice pack is being applied. She's not crying and I'm not sure if this is severe or an excuse to lay on the couch and watch TV. The swelling is real though.

Should I rush to the ER or can this wait until a Monday trip to her regular pediatrician?

It is neither within the scope nor the intended purpose of this forum to offer advice such as you requested, and one would be foolish to seriously entertain any such advice if given as it cannot be based on sufficient information. The prudent thing to do would generally be to have a knowledgeable evaluation as soon as possible after any injury.
