My 3 year old daughter has been complaining of itching below her toes on both feet for the past week or so.* When we apply a cool compress she says it feels better.* There is no rash whatsoever.* Any ideas?* My hyperchondria is kicking in!* Thanks.

I would find it difficult to believe that a shoot-from-the-hip presumptive diagnosis, much less treatment advice, without benefit of examination by someone unknown to you on the Internet could or should put your admitted hypochondria to rest. Therefore, having your daughter professionally examined by a podiatrist would be my recommendation and advice.
