Hello everyone, does anyone have scar tissue under their heels due to surgery, prolonged inflammation etc? I have lumps under my heels that according to the orthopedic surgeon are inflamed scar tissue. (Developed after a long inflammation). He suggests that they should be removed in surgery but I'm worried that it would only create new scar tissue. However that scar tissue would not be the same..."just" normal scarring, not inflamed tissue.
Do you have any experience of this kind of problem? If so, what have you done to get rid of the scarring? Deep tissue massage? Thank you for your comments!
