Question concerned son

Please help, any idea or recomendation would be greatly appreciated. My father burning feet that've been put him in paint for the pass couple years. From 2 pm until 9-10 pm, he complains that the time the paint hits, everday. He tried lots of method to help himself, stand on marble, dip his feet into cold water, difference creams, and blow fan onto his feet. It's seem to help for a few minutes but the paint come right back. We took him to many doctor, and nothing seem to help. He even took three shot of steroid shot as doctor recomended but it deosnt seem to help at all. Doctors have been dianosed and treated the problem but nothing seem to help. After lots of xray, pictures, doctor exams, they thought they found the problem. They said that his lower back is scattered and the bone is lay on top of his nevres that does make sense but after the steroid injection, it doesnt seem to help. Please help us with any idea or advice. Any doctor or former patients out there if you know any information that can help or treat this problem, please share with our family...

thank you so much....
