Odd volcano like callus, opinion needed.

Hoping to get an opinion. On my right foot on the very edge of my right heel I have a thick callus which is round with raised edges kinda of reminds me of a volcano. I walk a lot and have always had a good amount of callus various places on my foot, which I file or use a pedegg to good success. The volcano like callus is about a cm or so and if I file it down and get too low the center will bleed. Any opinions on what this may be? Thanks.
