Small Wide Feet

To start, I'm very petitie, 4' 9" and weight 120 pounds. Because of my height, I have very small feet and they seem to be wide. I'm a size 5 in women but because i have a wide foot, nothing seems to fit. I have to go up 1/2 a size or even a full size, and have to adjust to wearing an uncomfortable shoe, since my foot doesn't sit right. Lately, I have noticed that my feet have become wider. What is causing this? How can I correct and/or prevent this?

Also, I suffer from extremely cold feet and heel pain.



Please help.
