Default Suggestion of Physical therapy on Plantar fibroma

Hi folks,

Plantar fibroma

Symptom: no pain. Feel a small lump with touch in the middle of foot bottom, both left and right foot.

Any suggestion on Physical therapy? Thanks in advance.
