Pain in the heel of the right foot

    Approx. 2 months ago I had to do so walking at work. I noticed some discomfort in the heel of my right foot. I thought nothing of it. However, since then the pain is very evident and bothersome. It is on the top middle part of my heel towards the middle of my right foot. Now I make sure I rotate shoes and wear inserts to relieve the pain. But I am wondering what is wrong because my foot still hurts 2 months later. Any idea what it is?
