Default Feet are numb after playing soccer

I play soccer, but when I play a full game my feet dont get that numb, but when I only kick the ball. Lets say for an hour. while im kicking and running, they are not that numb. but when I stop my feet are really numb, specially the one that I use to kick. It last for a while, lets say 3-4 hours. I dont know what it is. My feet look normal, no high arc or flat feet. Any ideas?

If this continues, go to an orthopeadic doctor. It could be that the numbness has nothing at all to do with your feet. You have nerves that run along your upper back/neck all the way down your legs and into your feet. Sometimes when you have a pinched nerve in your back, it could show up as numbess or tingling in your feet/legs. So like I said, if it continues go see a doctor.

I never saw it that way, I thought it could be my feet. Thanks for that!

You are welcome. I'm not saying it is your back, but numbness in the limbs is alot of times caused by pinched nerves. I've had spine surgery and before that, I did have pinched nerves that caused tingling in my toes. My brother has had numbness in his foot caused by back problems. It's worth getting the problem seen by a doctor just to rule out causes.

If there is no pain, numbness or adverse symptoms during the actual playing, running and kicking, I would consider the possibility that post-activity swelling somewhere along the course of the sensory nerve supply may be at the root of the problem. But that's just a guess and you need to have it professionally check out, as there are far too many possibilities to meaningfully address your question in a forum and even if a guess happened to be correct, there is probably nothing that you could do about it without the help of a doctor anyhow.
