Default Foot Degeneration/Ankle and Knee affected

Hello. First, I'd like to say I am stuck with no where to go here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a male, 6'2", 180 lbs before this problem was in excellent physical condition. I'll give as much pertinent info as possible. When I was 19 I noticed a weird painful hard bump growing on my left tibia which xrays showed was a bone growth and had surgery to remove it, turned out benign. When I was 20, I decided to go to the doc to ge my toes checked out because since my mid teens, they were curling more and more and one foot's toes had become rigid, and there were large calluses on my forefeet. He sent me to an orthopedic surg who pushed for fusion of all lesser toes on both feet to save me later in life. After surgery, he informed me that the mtp joints were more rigid and bent than he thought and merited performing a weil osteotomy on what i'm guessing is the 2nd and 3rd toe on each foot since there's metal screws in them, and the fusion of all the pip joints as well. Pins were inserted to hold everything straight. Stayed off my feet 1 months and pins were removed. Slowly started walking on heels in special boots after that. Hurt like hell to put pressure on my forefeet for months. After 6 months I still had excessive pain and he said it was normal to walk through it. Finally at 8 months it was bearable but my forefeet would swell up HUGE everyday just from weight bearing (not toes, forefeet) I started running a lot (5 miles a day) and couldn't even fit into any running shoes because forefeet swelled, so I removed the support inserts in the shoes for more room which felt more comfortable because of less rubbing on the tops. Over the next few months forefeet continued to swell and it appeared my metatarsals and the mtp joints and toes were spreading and my foot was getting wider. A few more months, and my feet felt like unusable swollen blobs of bone and flesh I was stomping around on with no support. My left knee started hyperextending on toe off during gait. Its now 2 years after surgery, my arches are collapsed, the MTP joints are rock solid and feel like huge solid balls are in them, my big toes are bunions, my heels and ankles feel sunken into the ground like my foot has collapsed, my ankles pronate like crazy, my knees are so unstable its hard to stand for more than 1/2 hour, my gait is completely unstable, left knee messed up, my feet roll around with no stability. Knees have caved inwards considerably and theres pressure on the insides like crazy, none of my pants fit anymore because my knees go inward and my thighs have grown strangely larger (all muscle, no fat) I have somewhat wider hips for a man which makes my Q ankle a bit larger. I have seen a podiatrist who took an xray from the top view, not the sides which is idiotic because it wouldn't show the foot collapse from that angle, prescribed me custom orthotics which do very little to help (better than nothing though) I finally saw the doctor that did the surgery who sent me to a nuerologist who did an EMG and bloodwork which ruled out charcot marie tooth, or a nuerological reason. Saw my GP who gave zoloft for the severe depression i'm dealing with, going from an amazing healthy life to this handicapped nightmare. Recently saw a sports med doc who finally at least xrayed my knee's, still waiting to here back. All I can figure is the surgery the doctor performed is the cause of all of this.. it seems like common sense since it snowballed after the surgery. Please, any advice, ideas, what you think might be wrong would be greatly appreciated. I'm now 22 years old and my life is hell. Thank you!
