severe burning on my foot please help

    Hi for last few days i have been getting a severe burning pain on the outer side of my right foot when i do certain movements for instance if i move something out the way with my foot i will get this huge burning shooting pain but not all the way down just from my lil toe down a few inches. The burning will last few mins before slowly dying down. I don't remember hurting my foot in any way, please help it semms to be getting worse.
