Diabetic neuropathy can be a daunting problem which may have no satisfactory answer. There are various medication, both systemic and topical that might prove useful, but it would be inappropriate for me to advise any particular therapy without benefit of examination and my knowing all the facts of the case. A neurologist or pain management specialist would likely be the best to consult.
