Default New pain years after broken bones

Would really appreciate any suggestions. Female, 41 years old. First broke an ankle bone 8 years ago and then heel bone 4 years ago (both sports injuries). Good recovery with physio. Past few months, pain on waking about 3cm below next-to-smallest toe but no new incident. Seems to be painful in a line of few cms back towards heel. Usually lessens during day and with toe bending but lately seems to hinder me a bit more. Can't walk well on getting up and not able to put foot flat on waking. Managing to get about fine (even jog a little) later in day. Past few weeks, pain towards end of day too. Feels like something's tight or knotted. ??Tendon/ligament damage. Haven't tried any treatment yet.
