maybe once every 18 months, i get blindin pain in my achilles. i can't even ice it, it hurt to touch and i can't walk. the pain then spreads to both sides of my foot on my ankle. after a few days, it goes away and i am fine. usually just get thru with advil. any ideas? these doesn't seem to come after any strenuous activity; i just wake up with it.
