    Hello,
I am a PT who has been working with a pt that is S/P L ankle injury which is 5 months old.
She initially had: L ATFL and Fibulocalcaneal Partial Tear
FHL, Tib Post and Peroneal Tendons Synovitis
    Achilles Degenerative Fraying
    Dancers Fracture
Contusion of medial aspect dome of Talar neck
She has responded well in PT and has regained very good L ankle stability. We have done extensive manual therapy and ROM for L ankle/Toes.
However the pt still is complaining of very tight L Achilles. She would like to return to her active lifestyle. She is 49 healthy woman with no other medical problems.
Does anyone have any new ideas on what else I can incorporate to help regain Achilles ROM?
All the basic protocols have already been done.

    Thanks
