small bump

    I have a small like scabish on the bottom of my foot just below the big toe that hurts if I press on it what is it?

    It started as a bump then as I started parkour wich I enjoy it shaved down to like a scab but it hurts if you touch it but it was clear once now it is like a white scab that hurts if pressed upon
