Pain in heel after not walking on foot for 2 months

    I suffered a Jones fracture and had surgery on my foot on Aug 26. Last Wednesday, I was told I was able to start walking on my foot without wearing the walking boot. When I wear sneakers, I can walk just fine. However, when I walk barefoot there is a HUGE pain on the heel of my foot when it touches the floor. Has anyone experienced this?
