Bleeding after Phenol surgery?

    I recently got an ingrown toenail cut out and they used phenol on it. It was healing smoothly until i idiotically broke the scab now its been about 4 to 5 days and its still bleeding. Ive gotten it to stop but when i wear shows for more than 4 hours it bleeds. A LOT. I cant stay off my feet so that is not an option. Can anyone tell me if i need to go to the doctors? Thanks in advance :)
