toenail removal pain

    i had both my big toenails removed two years ago where they completly removed the whole nail but now i get a sharp pain in the centre of the soft tissue and my toe swells up preventing me from moving my foot and i am having to use crutches to walk plus the nail is starting to grow back any ideas on what i should do about it
