I'm 23 and for the past 2-3 years consistently almost every single time I run for more than 5 mins I get a dull (but painful) pain on the middle outside side of my right foot. It's right where the bone? sticks out a little between the heel and toe, in the middle. It never hurts to touch. If I stop running the pain gets a little worse then totally goes away within 5-6 minutes.

This never happens when walking, no matter how much I walk. It has happened in every pair of shoes I've tried.

Everything I can find online only lasts for a couple weeks then goes away, unlike this.

    Thanks!
