Mortons neuroma

    Hi, after months and months of a very painful foot I have finally been diagnosed with a neuroma after using orthotics with no relief and still at work as a paramedic so you can imagine how much im on my feet and feeling the pain constantly. I have had local anaesthetic injected into the nerve after paying privately, this alleviated the pain for a couple of hours, but the pain is back. Any suggestions of what else I can do whilst waiting an orthopaedic assessment? Thanks.....Laura
