Nail Curved/Growing Crooked - After Nail Avulsion

    I had ingrown toenail surgery 10 years ago. Now my toenail is arched (curved) like an archway and the nail is not flat on the nail bed. Also, the nail is growing towards the right not straight up. Is this a delayed issue from the surgery? Can it be fixed.
