So i twisting my ankle in September 17 2024...found out in Nov that I broke a bone and tore a tendon... welli didn't get surgery until March 6 ...so from Oct till I got surgery I was in a boot... so it's been over a month, and I'm still having difficulties putting weight on it.... seems that if I stay off of it.. the swelling goes down some but comes back once I'm walking on it....and it hurts like hell... I have sharp shooting pain and tingling and burning sensation and my foot is red and cold...will walking on it make it worse?

Honestly, with the kind of pain, swelling, and especially the burning and cold feeling you’re describing, it might be a good idea to check in with your surgeon or doctor again. It doesn’t sound like normal post-op healing, especially after a month.
