Any thoughts on how i can get this to go away.

i have tried soaking with epsom salts, pumice stone, acid, soaking with apple cider vinegar, among others.

has anyone had success or know what i should do?

    thanks

Most likely it is a wart/verrucae, but it is not a typical appearance of one, so not confident that it is.
Best to get a biopsy done to get a proper diagnosis

It helps to get this checked by a doctor or a podiatrist, because spots like this can come from different causes and need different treatments. You have already tried many home methods, so a professional exam can give you a clear plan and stop it from getting worse.

It sounds like you’ve already tried a lot, but if something is not going away — especially after using acids, pumice, and repeated soaking — it’s best to stop home treatments and have it checked by a medical professional. Persistent skin growths (like warts, calluses, or corns) sometimes need proper diagnosis and treatment from a dermatologist or podiatrist.
