When I get up in the mornings  barefoot , i can  Barley.  walk  after socks and shoes  it is a lot better and I try to walk 30 min a day and my  left heel hurts however it gets better after I have walked for a while? I had casting and bracing when I was a child. As I got older my foot became weaker and in my early 20s out of know where My foot  where the deformities are broke. I stumbled across this forum after searching for what appears to be a common problem.<br />

I haven&#039;t been working out for the last 10 years - instead I&#039;ve been working a full time job, 55 hours a week that requires me to be standing the entire time...I&#039;ve developed what my trainer calls some very flat feet.<br />

Last week my toes went blue and I had to have cast cut off because it was too tight. They have given me daily injections of clexane and new cast. Although my toes are pretty much back to normal colour I have a real burning and hurting pain on top of my foot at start of my leg. I have to go to hospital tomorrow to get the cast checked again.
