Extremely cold feet in winter

In the winter I struggle with extremely cold feet. I think I may have neuropathy but my dr has never diagnosed it as that. She suggested Reynauds disease. Sometimes I think my feet are freezing but when I feel them they don’t feel cold to the touch. Other times they really are freezing when I touch them. Dr did circulation tests and they were fine. Summertime I don’t have this problem; even with air conditioning. Needless to say I’m dreading the upcoming winter.
